Good morning Patricia sorry its still not very spring like for you  over there. We had to stay in has we had our gutters cleaned out, and in the rain as well. Then we just went and done our shopping. We still got a cold wind as well, bur some sunshine this morning. Yes they are changing our rules as well. More bins I think. Not heard whats happening yet. We have to take larger tree cutting ect down the the tip ourselfs as well. Though we can get someone to pick them up . Glad you had a nice evening and lots of cuddlees.
