Good evening Deirdre I hope you have had a good day, I had a feeling you would still be in trainers, I was for ages and like you the net size up.  I did eventually get back to my normal size.  I went flower arranging this morning, picture of arrangement on my wall.  I walked Pippin when I got home and then had a restful afternoon.  Christmas will be hard for both Joan and I but we will get through it with our families.
