Hi Sharon, we have the same scheme here , our council landlord create so much red tape its a pain to go through. So we ourselves dont have the solar panels. We have over the years improved the home ourselves (without permission) we have just had the surveyor come and seemed pleased with what we had done. I cannot understand why the landlord makes it difficult for the panels. It makes both economical and environmental sense to allow it on their properties. Do take care Hun, that heat will be around a while yet l am told. Its cloudy and cool but dry for now here.  Have a good day Hugs xxx
