HI Sharon, so glad its a bit warmer there and you were once again able to go for a walk and shopping. Its a hotter day forecast for here, so up early and drinking plenty of water, feeling better for it too. Sitting in the back of the house where its cooler . l will put the fan on soon. Thank you l am feeling like the meds are working  thanks Hun, l can walk in the house without hobbling lol. kidney pain in my back diminished thank goodness.
