splashed-- thought we were just going for a family get together but nope is was a surprise belated birthday party(even great,grandkids where there. A little hot but founnd some shafe and a breeze so sat outside for most of the afternoon,the retired to the a/c cooled house for supper. Our heat wave broke on the way home--on the 401,heavy traffice and the down can the rain. So heavy most had their 4 ways on so they could be seen,no where,no way to even get off it so it was just keep going straight ahead and hope you stayed where you were supposed to be. Got a proper lecture from my cat when I got home!! Nice this morning now--22,sunny and a nice little breeze. Have a good day I have a lot of catch up to do as we made a quick trip to the grocery store first thing so other than rearranging the contents that were just stuffed in the frige I have a pork loin to cut into chops and get into the freezer. Saturday night sprinkles after a brilliant day at our local Fete...
Weather was extremely kind and old and young had a good time...bumpy castle and other rides..that was just the oldies 😆😆
Excellent food, music and stalls of goodies...
Home to see Tour de France stage 1... Jonas in yellow jersey, so very happy x
