The heatwave continues, the weather forecasters say it could reach 38dg in London, we are a bit luckier as we are on the East Coast so have the cooler breeze, but it's still in the high 20's/30's so very hot for us Brits. Didn't do much yesterday apart from housework, Lauren ( one of my daughter's ) dropped me off at the hospital, Mum was sitting in a chair, she was upset as the staff had made her get out of her comfortable bed and exchanged it with the lady in the bed next to her as the lady complained she was getting no sleep in that bed! So my poor mum ended up with the horrible bed. Good news about her glasses though, they were found. My poor little cat is zonked out under the table, this heat has really upset her x x
