Sorry to hear about Tyler it was almost a certainty the chemo would be grim and like Sam when you go from fine to chemotherapy it's a dreadful blow. It's always so sad when someone young gets so ill and now Christopher's friend being ill on holiday isn't good, I hope he was insured. Insurance here is difficult if you come down with something you've had before they use it as an excuse not to pay.

I finished the latest 1000 piece tractor puzzle and will do the little one for Henry, then I can take it when I next go over to Sam's. It shouldn't take too long it's only 250 pieces.

After I fed the birds this morning and refilled their water bowls I decided to give going out a miss. I checked the fridge and have enough food for today and tomorrow and what with tins of tuna and other stuff no doubt I could last at least a week. I'll see Ness at the hall in the morning and after I've been to Sheila's I'll get anything I need on my way home. According to the forecast it's going to be much the same all week, looks like I'll be doing a lot of puzzles. LOLOL

I had a long chat with Sam, none of my phone calls seem to be under an hour, she was on her way to Tessa's and I mentioned the ant farm I'd bought for Henry and asked if she was OK with it. She said as long as he keeps it outside she'll be fine.

Hi Janet, it's been 76 today, pleasant for you but too hot for me! It even feels warmer like 80 because the humidity is high.

I had a long chat with Maggie this morning, her husband has just come out of hospital. She said they went out for lunch on Monday and he was taken ill with a high pulse rate nearly 200 at one point. They said he has Atrial Fibrillation and as he already has heart failure it was not good. Poor Maggie she just gets over hospital visiting with her sister and now this. He's having more blood tests and they say he should have an MRI scan soon, unfortunately they haven't said when. She says she doesn't want to leave him alone too long as he's suffering from dizziness. She belongs to a crown green bowling club and has a game this afternoon. I recommended if she left him to play he would do well to put his phone in a pouch and carry it with himself until she gets home.  I've told her that when he's up to it I'll go down to see her. She was supposed to be coming here but that's not going to happen for a while but as she says we can still talk on the phone anytime.
