Hope the headache is better, migraines are awful. I used to use Sumatriptan injections to control mine. They now make it in inhalers and tablets, fortunately I haven't had one for a few years.

We had tea and cheese scones and a nice catch up, there must have been almost 50 puzzles there, several of which I'd taken to them, but I was very strong, probably because I'd picked one up in the charity shop a couple of days ago that had been reduced to about 50 cents! Well I couldn't pass it by could I? I was tempted by a couple of mystery puzzles. I'm not sure if you've ever come across a puzzle which has no picture to follow and a booklet that tells a murder story and the answer's in the puzzle. They're fun.

I also watch those How Things are Made programmes, it can be fascinating to see how they make pencils and other stuff and you're right they can be far more interesting than a lot of other things on these days.

Hi Janet, have they finished with the cement mixer next door or are you still living with all the noise, that won't help with the headache and as for being woken up at 6:45 I'd not have been happy. I will say that when Daryn was breaking up the concrete in his back garden he never started until 8:30. We have here a recognised 'quiet time' between 11pm and 7am. I don't think it's a law but the local council would look in to that kind of noise being made before 7:00 so workers don't start that early unless it's an emergency like a gas leak.

I met up with Ness today, she'd been to Poland and visited the Auschwitz camp, I'm not sure I could have done it, she said she cried all the way round but said it was a place she'd always wanted to go and she didn't regret it.

Spotted a brown bunny. Also got a pink diamond, thanks!

Rosepetal Whispersweet watered the Forest Ruby, and spotted a Wriggly Red Caterpillar feeding on the Tropical Fruits!
