I went to the library only to remember after I got there that it doesn't open on a Monday afternoon. I'd meant to go this morning but with Alan here I went out later than I'd intended. Never mind I'll go tomorrow.

I've sorted a new Wasjig called A Very Merry Holiday, it's lots of people on a beach. I'll do the edge and and put a few bits in it tomorrow then leave it for when Maggie gets here Thursday. 

Have they finished the pool or are they waiting for the concrete to go off before starting again. I'd be sneaking a little look over the fence!

Like you said that about the laundry, where does it all come from. I hadn't thought in terms of another person living here, but it's a thought, maybe they're living in the roof space.

It's still in the mid 40's and it rained a little in the night and should be damp again tomorrow. I went to see Auntie and she'd had a visitor earlier and had hung some sheets on the line. I wouldn't have bothered as it's damp all the while, certainly not drying weather.  She says the hospital was pleased with the op site and have removed the huge bandage she had on and replaced it with a large plaster. She's to go back next Sunday for it to be dressed again. She says it's still painful, more so than the last time she had a cancer removed.

Hi Janet, I take it all back, guess who arrived this morning, yes the door bell rang and I answered it in my dressing gown and there stood Alan. He asked if I'd like him to come back and I said no, definitely not, OMG I'd probably never seen him again.  He was really sweet and said he'd wait in his car while I got dressed. It only took a few minutes then I went outside to explain what I needed done. He got the shrubs sorted, apparently there was one which can cause the skin to blister so it was a good job I left them to him. He also put up a new hook for my calendar, the last one broke?? As he was getting ready to go he said he'd be back towards the end of March to sort the garden but if I needed anything done before that I was to give him a call and he'd come. Like I said he's really nice just not totally reliable! I was thinking maybe I could get him to come and look at that crack in your ceiling only I think you'd be waiting a while. LOLOL
