I had lunch with Sheila and did a bit of shopping on the way home. When I got home I spent 2 hours sorting old bills and bank statements, they were in a metal file and ranged from 2013 to 2017. The file is almost empty but there are 3 more box files to go through, why did I let them mount up?  Oh that might have been that I don't like doing them. lol I may do one tomorrow.  The other thing I need to go through are my books and take some to the charity shop but that can wait until later in the week. Tomorrow I also need to cut the grass, we had terrific thunderstorms last night with at least an inch of rain and it's grown so much this week I'll need a scythe if I don't mow it soon.

It got hot [well hot for us] and sticky again today 77f but at least there was a slight breeze to make it bearable and they reckon it's going to be much the same for the next few days.

Hi Janet, it's definitely your week as far as the casinos go and to get free groceries is the best.

I just saw a heading in a newspaper article by a neuroscientist called Dr Joseph Jebelli 'The key to being happier, smarter and ageing better? Doing Absolutely Nothing!'. Now he sounds like my kind of Dr. He reckons if you get brain fog just sit back and daydream, it's good for you. It also reduces your chances of getting depression and dementia. You will now find me daydreaming at least once a day. LOL

Your eye problem may well be the pollen, I get hay fever caused by pollen this time of the year and when I start sneezing I take an antihistamine tablet in the evening when it's at its worst.
