Hi Vivette.  What a coincidence!  The neighbor below my apartment has water on the ceiling and told the block president that it is from me.  He came, looked at the installations in the bathroom and everything is ok.  It could be a problem with the common pipes, which are in the wall.  The plumber will come tomorrow to check, there is a kind of small door in each apartment where this can be done.  The problem is that since it is not a problem in my apartment, I am not willing to pay for the inspection and possible repair.  I will definitely have a discussion with the administrator!
