Happy Tuesday Mary. I woke up this morning to a pile of snow. I was really upset! It looked like at least 5" or more. Its 5 now and it only got up to 0C and my car is cleared off and the snow has been melting all day. The driveway looks wet and muddy but the snow is gone off the driveway (mudway) and its still in the front yard.
Had a hamburger and salad for supper and now I'm just relaxing. Really happy I didn't need a plow either. That's a huge relief. I hope your day was good and not as busy as its been. That would be like me with more snow. Enough already! You need a break. And its good if you can take days off. Course I know you want to take them off when your Mom comes to visit instead. Have a good evening Mary. I hope that things are peaceful when you get home. I find the days blend together and with the snow I didn't go anywhere today. Maybe tomorrow. Depends on how I feel. Rylee is four years old - I think that he has the bladder of a 70 year old lady.  Should I have to get up in the night, shortly after I get back into bed - Rylee jumps up on me and says he has to go too. I don't mind that as much as I mind standing at the back door watching him wander the run sniffing along the fence and staring out to the street. Seriously - if you have to go - GO already. He finally takes care of business - again he stands transfixed, nose in the air sniffing. "Rylee," I whisper (don't want to wake up the household) "Get in here - back to bed!" He finally turns and comes back in - doesn't wipe his feet - runs back upstairs and hops on the bed. By the I get there he's nice and settled at the foot of the bed. I get back in and try to go back to sleep. Another long night - Happy Tuesday.
