Spotted a Stork ty

Back from Vets and a wee gander through a couple of shops. Goodness knows how the Red Legged Partridge (6 of them) all survived the Land Rover plus the Discovery behind...they decided to march across the road in line and change their mind halfway...did not a few of their larger cousins mainly pheasant not looking too handsome on the road. A small badger and red squirrel were also testing the driving skills...I reckon Jackie Stewart would be proud...haha. Neil is feeling a lot happier after a snooze and feels more comfy too...reading tonight for a while but may catch up on a taped Morse or Blue Bloods.

A few wee sprinkles before going to the Vet for more meds for McMurdo....at present he is snoozing in front of the Burner beautifully aglow with red and orange flames. So far we have managed to get to 45oF/7oC and can't see things improving too much out and about. Much warmer indoors...nice and comfy 19oC/66oF in the Snug :)
Now the question is...should I take the camera out with me or not? If I wait much longer then many of the coloured leaves will be blown from their branches before I get a chance to "click" away...they look so much better with a little brightness from above shining on them...that is not on the cards for today :( Just having soup for lunch before venturing out...hopefully, back within a few hours...that should allow we a wee wander in a couple of shops and garden centre xx
