Saturday evening sprinkles...

Sciatic nerve still a problem but it has eased over the last 24 hours...
The stomach cramping is still there but easier than yesterday...I have an idea that the problem is from a chocolate bar that I have had over the last few days...I have to be careful with certain food ingredients, sadly...one day...I will learn...🙁

Pleased you had alovely Morning  with  the little ones, aww that’s wasn’t to late for Nat to work,you had a relaxing afternoon like us, I walked Margot back just after 11pm, she’s always very good for sleeping as a baby she slept through from very early.Donna and Charlotte had  a great  time even went to Breakfest before coming home 🤣🤭 like you Iam sitting feet up and watching some TV , might see if I can find something on Netflix, you take care sleep well later, much love and hugs Lovely, xxxxx
