Morning Shirley, if you go to the HELP page when you're ready to quit completely there's info about how to log out....I think that closes your garden down completely then xxx

Hi Shirley.

If you close your garden completely you lose the diamonds as there's no way to gift them to other players anymore.

Regarding the gold, you can gift that to other players by using the "Sprinkle Gold" tab on the back wall of friends gardens (The tab for you garden is visible above - underneath PENNY LANE Nursery).  You have to use your gold to by the gifting gold so you lose a bit of gold in doing so. 50 gold costs 60 gold for example.
You can then gift 50 gold to friends in the game.

When you click on Sprinkle Gold another window pops up.  Read the instructions and you can't go wrong!

I hope this helps.  Will be sad to see you close your garden, but I understand your need to do so. I'm off to remind myself how you close it down completely when you're ready xxxx

Hi Shirley!  Glad you managed to get away for a change of scenery.  Weather has been grim hasn't it. I hope we get some brighter days soon. I'm pleased that I'm not having to close the curtains until 5pm now though, but it's still very dark in the mornings.   I'm ok thanks, progress being made at home little by little, but still trying to sell the house. xxx
