You only need 4 more froglets to get an UW frog, that would be 90 complete sets then. 
I have no idea what your spotting count is as I can't see them  so I don't know if you have any land frogs due. 

You've attracted
94 tadpoles
86 froglets
76 UW frogs
8 ghost frogs
Add the two types of frogs which gives you
84 sets.
So you have two more frogs to attract still to match the number of froglets.

Ideally you need to attract 8 more froglets to match the number of tadpoles that you've attracted and then you will get enough frogs to get more spawn.

Squirrelfish = red squirrel, use birdseed
Zebrafish = zebra, veggies
Hippo Tang = hippo, veggies
Leopard Bush Fish = leopard, veggies
Foxface Rabbitfish = fox and brown bunny, veggies
Pink Skunk Clownfish = piglet, veggies
Raccoon Butterflyfish = raccoon and butterfly (butterpillaflora must be sparkling), tropic fruit

I tried to start them when we 1st started the bottom dwellers but my vase needed the Violet Coral lol...typical xxx

I am in UK, and I wish I had this air con here.  I have cool showers and a fan lol  and the doors, windows and curtains shut till the sun goes in when it is high heat. xx
