You do need to do frog breeding unless you have enough frogs to complete the quest.  I did frog breeding first and collected more than enough to complete it before I started it.

Hi Tabi, I just set it out for the first time! It wasn't hard but it did take a bit of time. I actually enjoyed the Challenge! It's the Bottom Dwellers.  You have to spot five if each bottom dweller in another garden and attract ten in your own.  I recommend pre-spotting before you start the attracting because the gardens are not always available right when you need them.  I pre-spotted so when I set up for the Challenge is wasn't so hard because I just needed to attract them.

I was initially a bit disappointed with mine as I thought it would look like a greenhouse! haha x
