I haven't done any topiary at all so feel free to ignore my comments  here ... Not sure what you're trying to attract  I thought maybe the black unicorn was supposed to trim your topiary bush  or maybe you need low plates for whichever creature you're trying to bring if you want that bush trimmed? I'm guessing you've read up on topiary as to how it works so I'll just leave you to however it works... j was just trying to help trim the topiary bush last night by spotting that black unicorn for you but that didn't trim it... good luck with whatever you need done with topiary bush
