Really hits home when you know of someone from the area . Haven’t seen actual footage just the people setting up & boarding windows .
Thinking this year has been our wettest  in a long time . Our country seems to flow in cycles we are known for droughts with rain on occasion . It rains more in coastal areas .dry inland , very arid.

Yes due to a lot of Greenies who don’t believe in burning back old under grow which builds up then explodes into massive bush fires which are very hard to control or extinguish . Back in the day we always had controlled burning . But with so many worried about climate control & stand in out true & tested ways of controlling undergrowth ….really bad fires are had .

We have a animal& reptile park about 40 mins from us they have Koala there . I see a couple of the workers up around our way butting fresh branches of the fav food
