Oh  gosh so sorry to hear that your fall did enough damage that you now need surgery again... i know thats the last thing you wanted... seems like going for walks or doing some form of other exercise would really help strengthen your legs so that you don't fall as easily... maybe your regular doctor cojld recommend some light leg strengthening exercises for you to do daily? I know it hurts you to walk right now but if you do them for just a few minutes a day perhaps...

Just put out some superfood. Saw a message from you on FB when I quickly answered a message from Sara. Will catch up with you soon. I’m being very naughty I’m not supposed to be in bright sunlight without sunglasses or on IPad for 4 weeks then back to see optician 5th week to have update on both cataract and macular degeneration in the left eye,  then surgery on right eye after that so looks like a 10 week job for both eyes. Everything still blurry in the left side as macula degeneration was worse, no fix for that so the cataract  was the better of the two complaints Hope all is going well with you and Jim. Will give you an update when I know more. Hugs xx

So sorry to hear you're in such discomfort... sounds like you need to strengthen your leg muscles by walking or something so that you have more stamina in muscles to prevent falling... yes let me know what doc says...

I've heard before that you've fallen at least once or twice... how does that happen that you fall? Previously you said  tripped on dog or something... That being said I'm sure you're quite disappointed that it actually broke and sorry to hear the pain that you're having now... very unfortunate that this happened... is there any way you can figure out what makes you fall and change It? Seems like alot of stress and discomfort for you that could be avoided if you can eliminate falling...  keep me informed as you get more info... hope the doc gets back in touch with you soon...
