Are you sure it was grey squirrel?  The list I get gives the second wildlife as tortoise, but you've got meerkat in your garden as the second.

Looking at your garden wall someone spotted a topiary skunk in your garden a few hours back so was that the first on that pot?  That would give you this list, which would also be correct for the meerkat as second:

If you hover your mouse over the pot when it's planted, right click Water It, then click Inspect, it brings up a box of text.  The pot ID number looks something like

and the number in brackets is the pot number.

It's trickier to do it without a plant in from your garden, but if you want to do it from storage you would right click Use then click Inspect, and you'd see it highlighted in the box which pops up, looking something like

Or you can always ask someone with a PC (or ask on the forums) to check, when you have one out in your garden :)
