Morning Judy, mixed weather again here so heating on as laundry is having to be dried on the radiators again. Do you say the word Peace out loud or in your head? Another method l was taught is to Hum for 10 seconds at a time until calm returns. l find this one good at onset of panic responses. This resets the Vagus nerve and calm returns . xxx
