morning Linda, heavy rain last night got rid of all the snow but like you we are expecting the storm to catch us as well Thur. night Fri. morning so not planning on going out then and then we are forecast more snow on Sunday, slightly warmer than it has been but still close to freezing with the chill factor from the wind, got all my bedding on the line this morning and having to keep an eye on it for fear of it blowing away. It will get dry and smell lovely and fresh so thats nice and I can get it ironed and aired off today. going over the road at tea time for a meal with grandsons and D in law, for eldest grandsons b'day. Not heard back from Dunhelm, manager was supposed to ring me back!!! but I've had one of those messages to fill in a survey saying how satisfied I was with my shop in their store!!! honestly you cant make it up   xx

So they knew what they were doing then & have just modernised them now. As longs as my washing dries, that’ll do lol xx

We have no room inside for a drier. The last one didn’t give us any issues, but it was an old one when we replaced it. They’re more technical now & I suppose they’re not meant to be anywhere other than indoors. Even the conservatory it would play up as it’s freezing in there. I have a heated airer, one of those that dries with a fan heater. It’s a faff on but have got that out the garage so at least I can get stuff dry. It wasn’t what I wanted but it does the job. Xx

I was wondering about your cough, hope you can get it sorted maybe need antibiotics now. Yes I'm collecting gold whilst able, it all helps, I've never bought any so just exist on the free sprinkles now and the bit I have in reserve. means I cant do all the challenges fully but it keeps me out of mischief.
I'm having a strange morning my landline hasn't been working properly and I've had the complaints department ring me this morning as I complained yesterday after the problem was sorted about the message I received when I tried to ring my number from my mobile and an automated message said "you can not ring this number because the owner hasn't paid their bill" I was livid to say the least, transpires they cut the wrong person off, I've never owed anyone a penny in my life, they are full off apologies of course  and saying it wont happen again etc.  Then I get an email receipt from Dunhelm in Huddersfield where I supposedly shopped this morning  at 11 56, that's a laugh cant get out of the house for snow never mind travel to Huddersfield, I rang them and spoke to the manager and he's contacting their fraud dept to get it looked into  xx

Snow started at 9ish last night and l a very nice covering, melted a little but still plenty left, did you get any? we might get more on Thursday according to the forecast, didn't get a walk and might not for a few days if it's icy out there. x

Morning Linda, we've escaped the snow do far and we weren't white over with frost either suprising as it was saying -1 feels like -6 on my forecast, must have been an air frost not a ground one, it is extremely cold although the sun is out, don't think I'll be getting my walk in today might try some chair exercises!! Keep warm xx

Very cold here but no snow, I hear planes are delayed 2 hours at East Midlands because of snow,  have you gotvany? I have to go out today and check my sons post and bungalow whilst he's away,  and get a few bits from supermarket just in case I cant get out for a few days as forecast not good, I hope we don't get any whilst I'm out .xx

Had my walk, it was good but the wind had a bite cold. we didn't get rain but it had been forecast. As for snow that's anyones guess as well, some forecasts say it's possible tomorrow others say no  so I guess it's wait and see  xx

That’s the problem all roubd the country at popular tourist places. Feel sorry for the locals & the younger ones trying to get on the property ladder xx
