hopefully i like the walk its only 5mins round the corner and it gets me out i went last monday it took me 40 mins to stop sweating on my face iit was my turn to take the cakes thats why i went x

hello Elaine i think its the time it takes to get there they have to get 3 buses thats the worst bit with  the heat but she not going anywhere tomo have decided not to go chair exercise in the heat i even told my daughter if its hot next monday i wont be going bingo but will see x

hello Elaine its goint to be a hot day here 32 c not looking forward to it my sister and her hubby were in Coventry hospital yesterday and today she as appointment at the clinic here both on hot days not nice hope you are ok and copeing with the heat my sunflowers are out they look lovely will and send you a photo x

today as been a better day temp wise its a lot better havent needed the fan on at all dont surpose it will stay like this yes we had  some rain last night it smelt lovely x

hello Elaine yes will have to get one as cant stand the heat my sister s one her hubby came back from their holls with bells Paulsy he cant shut his right eye at the mo its tapped down and he as an eye mask he went to A&E as thought it was a mini stroke at first as he as had a few they gave him some tablets i had it yrs ago but it was my mouth i couldnt move and side effects from tablets made me sick and dizzy when i walked but lasted a few day then i went back to work they kept trying to make me laugh as 1 side of my mouth wouldnt move yes next wk will be back to heatwave again yuk x

hello Elaine i had noticed my eyes were drying out more with fan on i went online to see if currys had them they were all sold out i didnt realise they were so expensive but will get one its out anniversary today so we are going to garden center for our free drink it its the last day today its somewhere to go they do say we are in for another heatwave on 4 july thats my sons birthday have a good day x

hello Elaine yes wasent good weather but nice to see maybe not to hot i am thinking of getting a AC unit as the fans not so good if the room is warm my front gets like that and ceiling fan i have had a few yrs i think when it gets high temps even they dont work so good on my phone i have it set at eye comfort so its better for me will have to get a new laptop or tablet this is 10 yrs old nowor 11 canr remember   x

hello Elaine i am back for a little while far to hot to play last wk and my laptop slow now dont feel to good playing on it sometimes makes me feel yuk i felt better not playing on laptop hope you ok and weather not to bad for you my sister was in weymouth for 5 days they were stuck in there room for most of it as was hotter there than here luckerly they took 2 fans with them x

i have been waiting for better weather Dave slowly clearing lawn are now car is in garage being repaired my eyes not to bad but still feel gritty somedays going to play bingo later x
