i will Elaine going to town today so that will be my walk Monday we have to sign the Transfer document for the bungalow Tuesday garage and sheds are being empted the last things in the bungalow are in my shed waiting for my daughter to have them when they get another place enjoy your walk it does us good x

my old neighbour had a over active thyroid and she had palpertations yrs ago she lost loads of weight i thought she had cancer no i dont like the dark nights will curl up and like the HH and stay in the warm but hope to go for my walk havent been much lately went to see my sister so the walk to and from the bus stop was my walk x

when i saw the AF nurse she said she doesnt think i have AF as having them to often its STV or SVT and she did mention having Ablation where they put a catheters your arm or groin and it goes to the hear tthen they heat or freeze to destroy the area i the heart which is causing the arrhythmia i will have to see what doctor says we have empyted my mum bungalow and we are signing the transfer document on monday so that will be sorted the garage and sheds will be empyted on tuesday and my nephew is hoping to sign on friday x

hello Elaine hope you ok havent been online for a few days spent the day in A&E on Sunday with palpertaions getting to know some of the staff there the way i am going seeing cardioligist at the end of month so hope he can sort me out

No I Have lots of U/W seeds. . But my garden  is constantly  refusing to attract what I am set up for lol.
