We've had a fair bit of rain here today.
I let the husband work out his own appointments.. I have a whiteboard in the kitchen and put all mine and his appointments on. If he can't look at that and know wtf's going on.. I'm not his bloody calendar and he's not a friggin child lmfao

It's been very cold here all day Izy. I turned the heater on to warm up the house. Very cosy inside now :)

I remember having to add up my shopping when my girls were growing up. I was a single mum, thru no fault of my own. I always made sure my girls had everything they needed, and special things were for Christmas or birthdays for them. They never went hungry, my rent was always paid and utilities. I was flipping good at budgeting to the point where my family used me up, not a husband. Like you, I don't go without anymore, I don't penny pinch and what I want, I buy. We've done it hard Izy and now it's our turn to have what we want!

When it comes to our comfort, warmth, peace of mind.. etc.. we do what we gotta do and bugga the cost of it. No point freezing our butts off when we have a heater that will keep us warm :) turn that sucker on LOL

Oh geez Izy.. Simon has it all worked out doesn't he lol I'm don't bother with that all that programming. If the sun is out, it heats the water, if not, I turn on the booster. If it's too cold, I turn on the heater and bugga the power bill.. I'm not going cold for anyone lol

Apparently it's 20 degrees here, at the moment.. accodring to the weather on my PC. It also says expect rain on Mon for 4 days. That isn't always correct I've found LOL it's certainly a lovely day for a walk in the park Izy :) but defnitely not for sunbathing in a bikini lmfao The more sunshine there is, the more $$$ I save by not having to put the heater on or the booster for hot water.. the sun is heating the water, thank goodness!

Bit of a heatwave here at the moment.. don't have to wear a jacket lmfao still cold tho but at least I haven't had to put the hearter on :) less for the next power bill :-D
