It has suddenly dropped in temp lately LOL yesterday only got to 12 and  god forbid I put tracky daks on!! OUCH so ugly but I was frozen LOL

My lad goes to quinny every wed to do volunteer work to keep all the crc and library and oval grounds clean and tidy. But defo Mjp is colder than Pemby where I was born and raised.
Its hot inside now with the heater on and the oven LOL...Simon likes it in here when he gets home coz I put the heater on bu the wont switch his on in the unit coz it uses too much money

I had to look out the window to see if it was raining LOL I cant hear a darn thing inside my ears are getting worse I think.

Its very calm here thankfully as it seems to have passed us. I hope it stays that way anyway then I wont have to worry about my lad being worried.
I'm off to bed soon after my vet program.

Just dropping in to say hi

It mostly affects my neck cervical spondylosis. My neck usually feels like concrete and trying to get comfortable in bed most nights is a fight.
It 'very' rarely stops the pain.

But alot of people are much worse off.
I've had in the past quite a few sessions of dry needling and it was 'magic' the only thing that gave a short time of relief.
But the physio lady I was going to for it  went off to have a baby and I dont know of anyone else that does it.
so I just put up with it.
So IF we have to move its going to  be a PITA as I cant carry and lift any weight as it also has given me numb patches on my arm that one time I burnt on the oven and I couldnt feel it.

Ohhh Julie - yes I have the money but he is sooo taking his time i only hope he charge me for the job and not the hour Yesterday from 2 to 4.30 then today from 9.30 to now 1.15 and not done I am just gonna go and ask whats happening BFN x He is a friend of my sons so i am hopeful its not an arm and a leg job x

I understand JUlz life always gets in the way. I decided to come back and play a few times in the day just for a distraction from ALL the sh*t. I need something else to focus on other than cr@p that is annoying LOL

It is very chilly now. Its nice having warm sun but not warm enough to dry washing!!LOL
air is very cold at night now. Heater usually freezes up in the AM

the Ex SIL used to live in canberrra so recall it being frigid like her LOL...and simons daughter lives in Melb and I have rellies there

I think it gets   cold everywhere  cant miss it LOL
but thank god not like tassie melb or canberra! ouch NO!
