Everything is coming along pretty good. It’s like I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop. It’s been too easy. I baked a pie this afternoon. My sciatica is killing me bit right now I can’t do much about it. One body part at a time.  I can’t wait until Monday. Ok I’m off. Just checking in.  Sweet dreams xx

WHAT A LONG AND BUSY DAY! MY 3 MONTH CHECKUP WITH MY NEUROLOGIST WENT WELL. SHE SAID IT COULDN'T HURT FOR ME TO TRY PHYSICAL THERAPY. BUT TO JUST WATCH FOR SIGNS THAT MY NECK IS GETTING WORSE. DROPPING THINGS, HAND STRENGTH, TROUBLE WALKING, ETC. I START PHYSICAL THERAPY NEXT FRIDAY ❤️

Very mild here but also wild and windy . I have been for my monthly bloods today then shopping
I came home and made a chicken dish for tea

Bitterly cold but sunny here my son has left to go back to Cambridge my daughters are still here till the weekend

Hi Paula. Thank you for checking on me. I really appreciate that. I've rested some but I have so much to do lol last week was a busy week. It's hard for me to just sit down and stop sometimes.
I have 3 doctors appointments this week. But that will depend on the weather. We're expecting ice, snow and extreme cold starting tomorrow afternoon. Temps not above freezing until Saturday, teens at night and minus 0 wind chills. Ugh. I'm so over winter! Hope you are doing well. Hugs ❤️
