Now that machine is what I need.  I still get on my hands and knees to scrub the bathrooms and kitchen.  I also have to do the stairs I refinished two years ago by hand.  More slushy snow here today.  Just got in, and now I am sweating like I ran a marathon.  WOWZA.  I also had to put down the dog friendly ice melt.  We are the only family except one that does not have a dog.  Ater I turned 50, I knew December thru March outside each day would drive me up a wall.  Especially those days that the winds make it SUB zero.  Our last dog had a very warm down coat, and little boots.  She was really good about putting on the boots and walking in them. HA...I can still picture her backing herself into bushes in the alley way to go....for some reason she did not do her business anywhere but there.  Now it is kitties for me.  They never go out, sleep 18 hours a day, and one does not even meow.  She is my favorite, as she is skinny, all legs and tail, white, and when she jumps up no one knows.  She also does not come out to visit when we have company.  That is right up my alley.  Our other is just the opposite.  Molly Putz the Graveyard Dancer.  Yesterday I was standing in the kitchen and she

Boy I will cross my fingers that the bissell works.  I have just a carpet cleaner that continues to heat the water.  I did not have any cleaner for the machine, so I googled what I could do.  Lucky for me I had everything I needed.  I did have to do a second go over with hot water just to get the cleaner out, but that was not bad.  Now for the back rooms, and wall washing.  I am going to do a cheater wall wash.  Last spring I did the same thing.  More snow coming here, do hope you have a glorious November.  Take care :) :) :)

Hi doll, like you I sure hate have the power go out.  I have gotten several LED candles that I keep around, and two small LED lanterns because you never know.  Our snow was so heavy it was over 1" of solid slush under neath near the concrete, and according to my measurements 4 to 5".  I hope the picture I took wound up on FB, one never knows.  Shoveling was so hard.  I do wish the teen age boys would shovel, but they do not even help their dads in the area.  It was too wet to use the snow blower, so I had to hand shovel.  I went sideways, so I pushed it from the walk to the grass, and tipped it up.  A nearly 70 year old bad back is not happy tonight HA :).....Well, do hope you do not get any long term outages with your power.  Take care :)

Hi doll. Well the night time trick or treat time will be in the snow.   Our community does not do night time,  so we were lucky.  I have both snow blowers done, filled with gas,  and ready.  Ugh.   The bad thing is,  the areas getting worse have trees with a lot of leaves. Our power company is on snow emergency.   We do have friends and family in California,  and a wonderful lady who is 93 is in Sonoma county.   We talk about once a week,  and she has had her power cut over and over.  Their power company is going bankrupt,  but the company executives are making millions of dollars.   She said that they do not check and maintain their own equipment.   So I may get snow, but we have a fireplace,  and gas for cooking we are fine.  I told Doris to come up here and stay, but she said she would rather stay where she can get out during the day.   Take care.

Howdy dear.  Just got off our deck.  I had everything put away (or I thought) and today I looked out NOPE :P....We had some nasty winds, but I was lucky.  My glass table had blown off the stack I had tied up.  DANG.  The water inside of the bags went all over me...GRRRR.  But it is back together.  Now we wait for snow.  Trick or Treat :)

I did not write clearly- i love my church but I wanted to see other groups to recommend to the families to go on other days. but I was not welcomed in the other church and  I now understand why people did tell me they felt pressured just going to a toddler group. Most people with babies do not go to church, just the groups churches run and if they don't know anything about church they do not like being told  to  go to church on other days
