She's a mess and a half, that's for sure. lol My favorite little monkey butt..... I figure we only have another year or so before I'll need to find her a nursing home somewhere. Then find somewhere for me and 4 cats to go. Laura wants me to live with her and her wife, Daisha. But they have 4 dogs. 2 the cats know and are fine with, but 2 they have never met. Should be interesting...
I had to put Kylie to sleep, she developed a brain tumor that was paralyzing her and she was so old that she wouldn't have healed if they operated. She'd have been drugged up and in pain for the rest of her time and I couldn't do that to my baby girl. I rocked her and sang to her while they gave her the shot and she slipped away. Flat out the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Laura and Daisha took Trin for me. I could not do that again. She developed stomach cancer and we had to let her go. It's a horrible thing to have to do.

Hello my sweetest friend to you and your furbabies. It's been a hell of a month. Forgive me if I told you about Bonnie, my bratty little sister, before. I can't remember. Bon was born with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. Sometimes called mongolism, it's similar to Downs Syndrome, but worse.She's 57 years old, like a 7 year old with 50 years of experience at being a 7 year old. And she's slowly developing dementia. And she is steadily getting worse. She has imaginary friends and enemies. She talks and fights with them all the time. And my brain is exhausted from dealing with her 24/7. She decided q few years ago that she didn't want to get up and go to the toilet anymore. So she goes in her bed and lays in it. I had to throw away nearly all of my furniture because of the smell. Adult diapers only work if the person wants to be clean and dry. She does not. We have another sister and a brother who won't have anything to do with her. And she is driving me nucking futs.....

George an orange and white tabby; Dusty a big tan/orange outdoor kitty; Tinkerbell a cock-eyed siamese with a catitude; then there's Mr. Brett and Mr. Erin, my mom's cats, (brothers, already declawed when mom got them at then shelter. And they are the sweetest big boys. My last dog was Trinity, who passed a couple of years ago and I'm dogless!!!!! 1st time in years and years.

I'm ok. I just miss Sam, especially at C-mas.....

Hey darlin and a Merry Christmas to you and your furbabies! I spent most of Dec with the flu, lucky me. Managed to get Christmas for Bonnie, no lights outside or tree inside. Not even a wreath on the door. I was a sick puppy. Lucky for me my daughter and a couple of her friends kept Bon and the cats fed and clean for me. I'm sorry the weather was hurting you so much.
