Ohne missunderstood I thought you deleted the calendar. It was just the tree. Last year I tried a complete green one which I managed but one the garlands are two colors. I didn’t try this year. Was to much involved in other things. I am okay. Today is tournament and tomorrow dinners at Conny and Thomas house. Thomas will share the evening with 4 women. One lost her husband this year because he chased some else. One is devorced since a few years and me also alone. He doesn’t mind. We will have salad, salmon with rice and some lemon souse and some dessert.
I am in my break. Last drugs last evening. Looking forward to my week off.

Thanks Anne, I will leave the chat until after New Year then. Thomas who is 21 months old was in hospital a couple of weeks ago with pneumonia. He seemed to be fully recovered but is now full of the cold & very chesty again. Lynne had him at the GP today - Ben is away south to a family funeral (on his side) so I am going to head over there now & keep her company, maybe take the dog out for a walk for her. Colin is working until 10pm. I may even freeze my garden tomorrow for a few days. "See" you in 2026 x

Thanks, so many people have had a lurgy recently, I don’t feel too bad now but my throat still isn’t right. I can really imagine it taking you a month to recover.

Emma has left M&S, she’s now a care assistant and she loves it, it’s been almost 2 months now. David is plodding on, for now xx

Hi Anne,

I’m recovering from this flu lurgy, I’m on week 3, I’ve still managed to go to work but not much else. Yes, all settled in it was fun trying to work out where to put the Christmas tree 🎄 I haven’t gone into the kids gardens since we moved, I just don’t have to time.

Even though I’m poorly I’ve barely had any days off, I finish at 6 on Christmas Eve. I hope you’ve finished the work you needed to do yesterday and you can enjoy Christmas now. How are the kids?
