²9. Glad the Cortisone shot helps, about every 3 months I get those in my knees and every 6 months get a gel injection in both.... I'll go tomorrow to get those again, have to get a set of 3 gel injections in as many weeks, tomorrow is the Last after treatments.... I also have only 5 treatments left 😉 Have a Blessed Day My Dear Friend 🫶🤗❣️
