Holy moly, you were up way tooo early, you sound like B.  Every morning it is for him, mostly from going to bed early. 
I'm sure you'll make up for it tonight!!!
Went to Physical Therapy,  my Therapist was late so that meant a short session. And, he told me that my knee is what it is.   Told me to keep doing the exercises at home and made an appt. 2 weeks from now.  Think that it's coming to an end.
It's only a little tidying up an paint my nails day.
The sun is out but it's still chilly.  Next week it gets warmer.
