Yes I did go to bed and forgot to come back on here, though I didn’t sleep very well I think I over did it and had some joint pains so had to finally take painkillers then Tom decided he wanted to be next to me so I could stroke him 🤷🏼‍♀️ but finally I managed to drift off lol. Good morning Tricia. Yea it does sound like sciatica and I thought it was was, but physio said no. Its a trapped nerve in my hip causing pain in back 🤔
