Morning Tricia, thanks for spotting the RD, thanks too for the Blue Sweettooth and Pink gem. I am reluctant to have them replaced, a few horror stories is enough to put me off. I would rather keep up with the physio to strengthen the leg and bum muscles when l am not too tired. Hubbies operation is down to him really, he has to contact his doctor when he is ready to stop resisting having it done. At the moment he is managing ok, but he knows it can stop working at any time then he will be an emergency. I am ok still tired with poor sleep again. I am beginning to hate being a carer lol. , not really its who l am and what l have always tried to be. l am doing my own therapy now , l was out weeding yesterday in the back garden. l did well , cleared the kitchen garden and 5 large pots. Back ached so a bit tender this morning. Back out again today after brunch when it warms up a bit more. Have a good day and take it easy..oh if you have a bath pop some Epsom Salts in there about a cup and have it as warm as you can stand, soak for 20 minutes a few times a week it really helps xxx Love and Hugs xxx
