Hi Tricia. our rain came to nothing and looks the same today , odd glimpses of Blue sky and of course mostly rain clouds. A bit chilly too so heating is on for a while, to keep the heat in the house. Thats good they made a nice job on the car. You really should look after yourself more, and say no occasionally to babysitting if it leaves you so tired, and having to come home to cook a late supper. I hope your physio goes well , and you get no soreness. l have started back on eating nuts in the morning (Almonds, Cashews and Walnuts crushed up) in the morning failing that l buy Almond milk and drink that at supper time. Its helping my knees ..and revives my energy some. Good stuff in them Magnesium two types and Omega 3. The Almond milk tastes good and has 5 nutrients including Calcium and B12 . Spoke too soon looks like we will get a downpour  very soon. Darn l wanted to go out further and look for plants. Have a good day Hun, love and hugs xxx Thanks for the Grifffin.xxx

Yes I did go to bed and forgot to come back on here, though I didn’t sleep very well I think I over did it and had some joint pains so had to finally take painkillers then Tom decided he wanted to be next to me so I could stroke him 🤷🏼‍♀️ but finally I managed to drift off lol. Good Morning Tricia, when you say Certified is that like our MOT, to prove car is safe to be on the road, or a different thing, As you say Tricia if its delayed nothing you can do about it, getting close for insurance, I understand that, Shame about the weather with all that rain, its been chilly here to be honest sea looked angry yesterday, Crashing in but loved to listen to it,  Dont be worrying about the car and insurance as it will all sort itself out, have a lovely day, Nicola and Martin are coming back tonight, we are going to Roy's tomorrow Morning, calling at Ian and Margaret's Caravan to turn the fridge ones they are coming to their Caravan Saturday, we pass the site going to Roy's,  we have a key for Ian's, take it steady love and hugs xxx
