Glad to see you’re able to visit fairyland a bit more these days. Those terrible hot days are loathsome! If you’re getting over heated, try soaking a cloth with cold water and wrap it on the back of your neck and let it hang down to your shoulders, it helps me quite a bit. At night I fill a hot water bottle with cold water and lay it under the back of my knees or feet, I find I kick it off in my sleep once it’s warmed up. It’s been warm here the past few days but I see we are under another rainfall warning, great ugh! The garden was just starting to dry out.
