Warm welcome group here, only half listened to the week’s weather forecast, seemed to be a lot of rain mentioned. Whatever, when I watch updates on Jamaica it’s heartbreaking. Complete devastation. Need to order my meds, and do some housework this afternoon. Going to get a second coffee and then get in the shower. Take the hairy one out. Need to get motivated this week. After today I just have a haircut on Thursday. Hope your blood test goes ok x

Had a walk to the park yesterday. The ponds seem to be recovering. They were all dried up a few days ago.
