Thanks for spotting my wd. Not cold here but dull. Hope it’ll be dry tomorrow so I can continue fence painting. I can only do 2 panels at a time, it gets so painful with the arthritis. Just back from our walk, and having a sandwich now, had my main meal at lunchtime. X

Hopefully you had a few hours without rain today and were able to finish your windows. Yes, those charity shops do very good things with the proceeds of their goods, I donate household items and clothing to ours in town as well. My Mom had a quadruple bypass in 1997, she wouldn’t have lived much longer without it and she’s still here with us now! I’m so very thankful for all the funding the heart and lung association gets from everywhere. It’s still stupid windy here! I’m frustrated with it, it makes everything harder to do. I had to get up at 230am and relight the pilot light in the furnace as the wind had put it out. It wasn’t terribly cold in here as it didn’t dip below 0 overnight but as you can imagine, it was cold enough that I noticed and got to relighting it immediately. I’m very groggy today, I could easily crawl back into bed but I’ve got to go back to the hospital and then I’ve got a ton of housework to do. If only I could say that once John got home I’d get some rest but that definitely will not happen, I’ll need to make regular meals and he’s already got a few days planned out. Sigh…. Too many things to do and never enough time.
