Congratulations on maneuvering through all the road detours and making the 2 flights of stairs! I imagine your knee was bothering you afterwards, I hope it was manageable though. Your art club dinner must have been really nice, were you celebrating your birthday?

Has your rain cleared up? I hope you’ve had a lovely weekend. I should iron my clothes more but I don’t, I just wear the least wrinkled and then spray the others with a light mist and hang them to sort themselves out. I know, I’m terrible!
I’ve had a busy weekend, too busy. I went down to my parents place on Saturday morning and helped my sister and brother in law saw down trees. Big trees! Ugh! We worked like dogs but got 4 large poplars down, bucked up and hauled away. I’m still tired from it. I saw James and we had a lovely evening, laughs and visiting.
