Have good afternoon it’s a really mild feel to the day, have been to have my Pneumonia shot this morning, it was recommended I did with my MS, it is a one of shot , had afew chores this morning with my name on , so pleased your Roast Beef was a hit, I haven’t had beef in an age, glad your Roast as enjoyed by all, Im sure even by just watching a chef tips are picked up and you never forget J has started his Jury service today, he was hoping he won’t be needed but he’s not home so I guess he’s selected, haha he was not keen to do but to get out of it is very hard.
