The agent was on my side.. xxx

🌷🌹💧 Hi Kathy, he thought he was going to walk into a brand new home which is already 3.5 yrs old and had 2 lots of tenants in it.. The agent spoke to me and she said he was being so picky!! in the end she told him if you don't like how clean the oven is then go buy a new one lol i laughed when she told me that she couldn't believe how he was acting!! He refused me to go back and clean the oven! so he agent asked me if i wanted to do it i said you know you find someone to go do it and take it out of my bond.. I said i will organise Rodney to come back and only vacuum the carpets.. I also told the agent to pass on a message from me if he doesnt stop being rude, i will go further with putting a claim in on how he breached the contract by having twice workers coming in and installing solar and 6 weeks later the battery inconveniencing us 2 full days, and i would would also like $182 back for the 2 extra days rent i have paid cause the keys were meant to be yesterday before 5pm and i took them back at 3 pm on the 10th..
Carpets were re vacuumed and they were happy with that in the end Stove im not sure yet the agent will cont me tomorrow about that..
