and yes i do all the picking now at the gallery. Next week that's why it takes all day, they will have designers and put the colours i chose together and say yeah that works no that wont work choose again.. 😘 im so excited about it but its going to be a very long draining day.. with lots of coffees lol

worm thanks Kathy, Novemeber december, once we have done all the gallery pics they get added to the final drawings and ground work can then start 8 to 10 weeks from that.. Hoping its sooner though. they pushed it out from March to April may now! but they have 280 days to get house built thats with 50 days of any expected delays or public holidays if not they have to pay me 220 a week for every week behind they are...
