Morning Kathy, yeah Kurt and i rented for a short while, back in the mid 80's we bought or first house in 1987 the year Jess was born we never had inspection in those days either, i think inspections only come in 1997 ut they recently updated the rental rights in 21 or 22, giving renters more rights. I think it was introduced because of the amount of people trashing places..
