Hi Kathy, days been ok, busy, met my new support coordinator doing hand over with my lovely lady ive had for 4 years. Bit sad She is still with the company i go through but she is team leader now as stepping back from clients due to burn out. She only has a few high end clients.
Building inspectors have to make sure everything measures up, every nail is where its meant to be and every join matches up.. all the errors that can cause building defects have to be checked thoroughly, before i get the go ahead to make any payments at each stage of completion. They are very strict, that's why they cost so much.
Years ago when you and my old home was built, they had them also but they weren't as strict as they are now. And builders took pride in there work and time years ago now many of them don't care.A home now is built within 6 to 9 months years ago they were built in a year to 2 years. xxx
