Hope you've had a good day, was glad to be home looking out at that rain ! That's good you have found the best way to see, I'm sure as it settles down your vision will adapt and change again. I have kept my legs bare apart from the velcro wraps I have to wear to let them breath and keep moisturiserised. As I can't reach lower leg parts I bought a long handled applicator sponge to help, Peter sits here laughing said I look like I'm plastering !! My osteoarthritis is hellish to put it mildly, knees are stiff but my right hip is evil with the pain. I am waiting on GP to make contact for an appt and I will discuss. When I take tramadol, pregabalin & have a morphine patch yet I'm in horrendous pain I think they need to help xx 🐾🐻‍❄️🐾
