splashed-- A new day and hopefully all stays calm but from what I have heard I am afraid that is how it goes. The person doesn not even realize what is happening--all they know is their world is not right or how they think it should be and it is very upsetting.Hopefully a little outing will work and today will be a good day. Being nosey--does Olivia know what is going on with grandmas--she  used to have a connection and even visited occasionally. Off to figure out my supper before it gets too hot in here and maybe will get to see golf today (long as the fog stays away. Hope today is a good day.

Incidently the Scottish open was called today because of fog.

splashed--  You are doing everything you should,never feel like you are failing because from all I have heard that is a commom feeling because nothing cam really be done. A old neighbour of mine,when he husband could no longer looks after her as he thought he should,and had to put he is long time care--she ask what she did wrong because she was locked up(the outside door had to be kept locked because there would be too many leaving and not knowing where they were.It is a heart breaking disease and nothing can be really can be  done.I am so sorry that it has come tothis and no one had a magic formula for you. I am sure  there is help available so this does not all rest on your shoulders or the Kids -so I would get onto the powers that be and hustle them up into some sort of help.Do the best you can and hope for a better day tomorrow.

Good morning--so sorry to hear there was another fall--even at the best of time it is hard to remember to grab a walking aid. I have been using the walker for ages now and every so often I just head out across the room without it and then its a panic because I don't want to fall.Personally I don't like to have to use the cane or the walking frame without the 4 wheels because it slows me down. I also never  could get my act together with crutches or anything after all my surgeries ,It is just what you feel comfortable with and can use.I hope all is quiet and well today but I am afraid that the falls will continue unless she uses something everytime.It is slightly cooler this morning so for right now I have the windows and door open and the fans still going, but I am sure it will warm back up and we will be shut in. Maybe I will have to try to get down and out front for a bit today.Hope things go smoothly and you can have a better day.
