Hello ED, TY for the SFM. I went to art group today and enjoyed it. I prepped a small canvas with background acryllic paint and I am happy with it. I usually paint in water colours as they are much more forgiving. So now I am braving a new medium. Tracey, bless her, giving Sandra a toy dog reminded me of my Great Grandmother Moore in her late 90's. Someone gave her a wind up baby doll to cuddle and she loved it. As a child I also loved it. Then when my Nana was reaching the end of her life she also wanted a doll just like the one her mother had. A family member gave Nana a wind up musical Christmas Angel and she was happy with that. I have it now and it appears every Chrtistmas in my house. It really is tacky and not as wonderful as the baby doll that my Great Grandmother had. However I love it as it is a reminder of Nana. Perhaps Tracey should have given Sandra a toy cat given that Sandra loves Tracey's cats? Tracey is trying her best.  Bless her. When is the brain scan? HUgs!

Splaashed-- Hang in there--things will eventually settle to a dull roar and your life as you knew it has changed .soon things begin to settle and you have a routine it will hopefully get better. I am off downstairs this morning to finally get at the laundry, not quite running out of clothes but sort of scraping the bottom of the barrel and wearing clothes that have been in the bottom of the drawer for a bit. Have a good day and hopefully you can have a stress free day with no unexpected thing coming up.
