Hello Ed, NOON means Midday. 12 p.m. On the dot.  Hoon is a crazy driver. Another rainy day here. Pottering around inside looking for things to donate to the oppie. I REALLY need to get rid of a lot. On a talk back show on the radio they were asking people 'What do you still have that you no longer use?' Strangely enough people called in saying they still had a layer of their wedding cake that they had no intention of eating. In my head I could hear my daughter Sarah saying, "Take a photo oif it and then get rid of it." Speaking of Sarah, after that terrible time of her starving herself and ending up in hospital she is now totally into fitness, eats well, runs every day and has even taken up weight lifting. Morning splash-- Happy Canada day!! So far this morning it is 27 so going tto be another hot one but I am not going out to celebrate so should be able to stay cool. Possibly the newpills will make Sandr sleep more until her system gets used to it. Time is flying so -here it is July already and half the year is gone.I won't be going out to celebrate as I am well beyond that--besides crowds and a walker do not get along very well. Hope you  can have a good day

Hello Ed, dinner done and I will soon be in bed. Enjoy working on your pottery cat. I have many photos and drawings of Magpies, as well as the real ones to inspire me. Hello Ed, TY for the Mallard. That was interesting re. urine infection triggering dementia. I went to art group today. There were 6 children there as Grandparents caring for them during the school holidays. Also a chap came with his guitar and sang old pop songs to us. That was a novelty. I was shown how to prepare a small canvas that I grabbed from the bin at the Opppie. I think that I will TRY and paint a Magpie on it in acrylics. A friend from Mansfield sent me a photo of a Magpie singing on a stump. He takes photos of birds and I saved that one. I then worked on my water colour painting of a Magpie singing to the sun. I enjoyed my time there. Wishing you a good day!
