Good morning splash-- the sun is up but we are still a little chilly at 13 I amup and moving this morning because have to be at the hospital before 10:30 for the CT scan. What a mess-- I finally got a nurse and good thing she was a take control if the situation. I have coban back on my leg properly and with no pain now.she also canceled the appointment for today and will start again on Monday. Told me if it ever happens again just cut off the coban(not an easy job for me as eveery thing is upside down) I know they have said that but then I get someone who wants to be important and its the wrong thing. It does ease my schedule today at least as I don't have to try and fit in a nurse and can just do the early morning and then be off with Kevin this afternoon to do what I have to. I have heard that people with the dementia or other things do not want to be told--suggestion fine but we get very  defensive when ordered. Have a good day and I hope it goes smoothly and with no problems.

Hello Ed, I haven't been watching the news etc. during Lynne's visit. I am reading, 'Once There Were Wolves.' by Charlotte McConaghy. A novel about the reintroduction of wolves in Scotland to preserve the forests. I don't think that you would like it. It is a dark novel. I will finish it this weekend and the look for a lighter book. Bed time now!

Hello Ed, I did try to mesage you. I guess that I failed. My main message was that I consider you a friend and will always support you. The rest was about the Op shop and not really important. Morning splash-- field mouse ty Things  have digressed to the point that I forgot the US open was on (just hope I have time to watch)No nurse yesterday even though I had told them I was going to tea and it was a special one(left a note on my door as to where I was) Because the coban was too loose it shifted around and now my leg is swollen and weeping again I did manage tto get to tea -although location had to be changed as they are starting to do the reno on the social room. So we moved up to another ladies apartment who has the big dining room table. Tea was great with a ton of goodies to be devoured.
Now I have to try and get the mess of appointments and the nurses working together and we will be okay. Does  Trracey tell Sandra what to do when she stops by-- I could get her upset . I am off to try and get my day going--they are supposed to be coming to make sure the leakis gone and some how I need a nurse that knows what they are doing plus need to get a load of laundry done. HAVE A GOOD DAY

Hello Ed, re. the cats. They generally got on well. Mindy actually stopped attacking Mungo whilst Lynne's cats were here. One of Lynne's cats started swiping at mine but only from a chair so no drama. I will go and see what I can do for dinner now.

Hello Ed, TY for the mouse. Lynne left this morning. No dramas getting her cats into the travelling cages. It was a great visit. Having a quiet day at home sorting out my bills etc. I may do some knitting as itbis too cold to be outside. Enjoy your day.

Morning splash-- I is cloudy and 14 to start today but the sunis trying to peek through.The table and chairs were done loaded and out of here shortly after 9:30 yesterday so now I have a little room back from where they were piled allover the place. I had a new nurse on Monday and will get her again today but think I will have to do some training with the coban as she got it on too loose and it is slipping but better than too tight and hurting, but good points are she is very upbeat and cheerful ,she comes about 10:30 in the morning and she is Canadian so I can understand her English. Have a good day.
