Morning splash--pygmy mouse ty. Happy first day of summer,it is sunny and 16 this morning and those dark clouds have disappeared, I don't trip on Sagwa's toys but they do stop the walker dead in its tracks when one of those toys gets under the wheel.He is being a suck this morning as he is now stretched across the desk in front of me sound asleep. Kevin will be over tonight after work and once again I will go get my fresh stuff that I need,I have been on this salad kick for quite awhile now so always have the fixings for that in the frig, Have a good day and enjoy your garden view!!

Hello ED, TY for the P-P. I enjoyed my soup and then soon after fell asleep in front of the TV. Awake again and getting ready for bed after a brief visit to F/L.  I am expecting Lynne tomorrow so I have a bit to do in the morning before she arrives. Enjoy your day and the warmth.

Sorry Ed, I guess that I was thinking about Diane. I should go and make dinner which will be my Pea and Ham Soup with Garlic bread. Fairly standard after working at the Op shop.

Hello Kevin, TY for the Peace Dove. Re. Mum, it was the 2nd Thursday Murder Club. 'The Man Who Did Twice.' I wont be offended if you do not try it. Poor Tracey re. her car. I am home again after another enjoyable afternoon at the OP shop. Coats and blankets seem to be hot sellers at the moment. Books are also doing quite well. I guess that people just want to snuggle in during this cold Winter. The shop does not have a cleaner at the moment and will not have one for 2 months. The cleaner is also a volunteer. So we are all pitching in. Today I used the carpet sweeper that came from Mum. It works well. As I was sweeping a gentleman customer said to me, "We do have machines nowadays that plug into the wall to help with that job." I just laughed and told him that no one has donated a decent one to us. Enjoy your day.

Good morning splash--pair of lovebirds ty. Our heat was broke yesterday,a heavy rain and some noise was the end of the 30 something temps. Looks like we have had a rain this morning(roads are wet) and temperature is starting at 19 so maybe I can attempt some jobs in here. Tea was fine,we has the pleasure of Mrs. Noisy and will have her presense next Tues when we are going to the Mandarin(Chinese-Canadian restaurant that has a great buffet. I am hoping  we can arrange to be seated at the other end of a table(don't think we could arrane to have her at another table) Have a good day
